Additional people are $5 a day or $100 a month each

Nightly = $35.00 + $3.50 tax = $38.50
Weekly = $200.00 + $20.00 tax = $220.00
Monthly = $475.00 + $47.50 tax = $522.50
50 Amp Electric
Nightly = $50.00 + $5.00 tax = $55.00
Weekly = $225.00 + $22.50 tax = $247.50
Monthly = $525.00 + $52.50 tax = $577.50
Includes: Electric, Water/Septic, Cable, WIFI and Pool Access
Electric usage is not monitored for monthly or longer stays. Tax drops off of monthly charge if stay is 6 months or longer.
10% discount on one night stays for active military, veterans, law enforcement, fire fighters, first responders and senior citizens.
